What is the working principle of PPR fuser?

PPR pipes are connected by hot-melt socket, which is simple and safe to operate. The tool used is PPR water pipe hot-melt device, which is called heat sealer. The single-phase electric three-stage plug is used in PPR household pipe remelting device, which can be generally divided into constant temperature melting device and adjustable temperature control heat melting device. The high-grade household installed PPR pipe represents the cleanliness pipe, and it is recommended to use the special PPR constant temperature heat melting device for the cleanliness pipe, so as to prevent the hidden danger of hot melting caused by improper temperature adjustment.

There is a heating resistance inside the PPR fuser, and the common working power is 800W, 1000W and 1200W. The heating resistance heats an external panel to the set temperature, and the welding is carried out through the die head installed on the fuser. The working standard temperature is 260 ℃± 10.

PPR hot melter panel is generally made of manganese steel, which has the characteristics of good heat preservation and corrosion resistance. The hot-melt die head is generally forged with aluminum alloy, and the outer layer is sprayed with gold paint, which can prevent PPR pipe from sticking to the mold head. The domestic PPR hot melter is generally equipped with three 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm standard die heads.
